By volunteering at Food For Change you will become part of a community of like minded people and use your experience, skills and hard work ethic to make a meaningful contribution and help us on our mission to alleviate food insecurity in Australia. There are many ways to volunteer with Food For Change either as a corporate or individual volunteer.

As well as our regular weekly volunteers. Food For Change has opportunities for Corporate Volunteering on our scenic Mornington Peninsula Farm – Located at “The Briars” Mount Martha.

Our corporate volunteering days are a great way for your team to bond and make a contribution to the local community. Depending on the season, a day at the farm could include a range of tasks such as harvesting crops, weeding, mulching, planting seeds or seedlings, building & preparing veggie beds and general farm maintenance. We have BBQ facilities available at request and the farm itself is a beautiful setting for your corporate day.

Our corporate volunteering days take part on a Tuesday at our Mornington Peninsula Farm each week – rain hail or shine! These days are conducted with other individual volunteers and limited to 1 corporate group at a time. The cost is $55 per person and is paid prior to attendance as a donation. With so many repeat corporate groups these days book out a few months in advance – so it pays to book early!

Food For Change has individual volunteer opportunities in our office and on our farm on the Mornington Peninsula. We are always looking for volunteers and if you can’t make it down to the farm you can always volunteer remotely and complete office tasks as required.
