Partner With Us
Want To Help End Hunger? Support Change…
Food For Change is looking for values-driven corporate partners to join us on our mission to alleviate food insecurity in Australia.
Our partnerships are not simply about money, although we’d never turn away an offer of vital funds to keep our farms growing nutritious food! Our corporate partnership program is focused on building relationships that are mutually beneficial for us as a charity, your organisation and hungry Australians.
We believe in a collaborative and hands-on approach to partnering, developing tailored programs to suit your organisation’s operations, culture and your social impact and sustainability objectives.
We offer your organisation:
- unique opportunities to attract, retain, engage and motivate your employees;
- positive brand messaging and awareness through partnership storytelling; and
- differentiation from your competitors by caring for your community.
Partnership opportunities include:
- Corporate volunteer days at our farm
- Skilled volunteering opportunities
- Employee engagement activities aligned to company presentations, conferences, incentives or team-building
- Workplace giving
- Corporate and/or customer communications strategy, including positioning in social media, our website, our quarterly Seasons supporter newsletters
- Physical branding onsite* and at events.
- Tickets to our annual long table event at the Briars farm.
- Impact reporting aligned to Sustainable Development Goal 2: Zero Hunger
Depending on your organisation and objectives, you can support our work by providing funding through our Sponsor a Row program, goods or services, technical expertise, access to land, volunteers, mentoring, or advocacy for our work.
For examples of our partnerships with corporates and other organisations, head to Our Partners page.
Whatever form it takes, the result of our partnership will make more food available for hungry Australians.

Sponsor a Row
Help our farms grow, literally, by sponsoring a row.
Your contribution of $1,000 per year will cover the costs to plant, nurture and harvest of a row of plants at our farm.
This includes our staff and the equipment needed to tend your plants, so they thrive and maximise food production, plus our distribution and support activities.
You’ll make your mark at the farm, with a plaque with your company name and logo indicating your row, so you can follow its progress as the seasons change. Each year, we’ll report the total number of meals your row has provided to hungry Australians.
Sponsorship options
You can sponsor a single row, multiple rows, a plot (8 rows) or even an entire section (48 rows) for an annual sponsorship donation of $45,000.
Budget doesn’t quite stretch to a row? For smaller organisations, we offer the option of sponsoring an individual tree for $100 per year.
Alternatively, we can develop a financial arrangement or donation structure to suit you.
To Sponsor a Row, Plots or a tree please complete the request below and a member of the Food For Change team will be in contact to get your row growing.
Corporate volunteering
Our corporate volunteer days are a great way to bring your team together while contributing to the local community as volunteers are the lifeblood of our farms.
Join us at our scenic Mornington Peninsula farm for an unforgettable experience. It’s a unique opportunity to take your people out of their ‘everyday’ and into the fresh air, learn new skills and have some fun; strengthen bonds among existing teams, or bring together people who would not usually work together.
We also welcome your business partners or clients to join your group, a unique way of forging relationships while enhancing your reputation in the local community and more broadly.
A day on the farm.
Activities on the day depend on the season and where we are at in the growing cycle; volunteers could be harvesting crops, weeding, mulching, planting seeds or seedlings, building and preparing veggie beds, or taking care of general farm maintenance.
For a glimpse of what our days are like, check out at our Facebook or Instagram!
No matter what our volunteers do, we can guarantee they’ll end the day with a smile seeing how they’ve helped grow food for hungry Australians.
Corporate Volunteer Day Options
Choose a volunteer day option to suit your business and timings. We have our regular Tuesdays, that are free of charge – but book out well in advance. Otherwise we have the option of booking an exclusive day at our farm.
Tuesday Volunteer day
Corporate groups are welcome at our Mornington Peninsula farm every Tuesday – rain, hail or shine! Depending on numbers, your group will be joined by individual volunteers, other corporate or school groups. With many repeat groups these days book out months in advance, so it pays to book early!
There is no donation required for volunteering on Community Tuesdays.
Your Exclusive Volunteer day
If you’d prefer an experience exclusive to your team, or on a particular date, we offer volunteering days on request with a $50 per person donation. This option provides flexibility to suit your team and allows you to combine your farm visit with other team activities on the day.
Choose a day that works best for your business on any weekday (except Tuesday and subject to availability) for groups of 10 to 30 people. Your donation of $50 per person is made prior to your group’s attendance.
After working up an appetite in the field, you might like to head to one of the many fabulous local foodie haunts for lunch, or we have BBQ facilities available at the farm on request. Many of our corporate groups make the most of their day out of the office by combining their volunteering with planning meetings or other team building activities.
Keen to spend a day at the farm? Here’s a few more specifics:
- Our farm is located at ‘The Briars’, Mount Martha, a 60-90 minute drive from Melbourne CBD.
- We have ample parking on site.
- Volunteering starts at 9.30am and finishes around 1.00pm.
- We provide all the tools and equipment needed for farm activities.
- Volunteers need to dress for the weather (hat, rain jacket, warm layers) and wear closed shoes.
- BYO water bottles and food.
- We have a Code of Conduct, processes and insurances in place for the safety of volunteers.
